The company Górniczo – Mounting Works “POLKOWICE” Sp. z o.o. was established in 1997. The transformations in the Polish economic system in the 1990s, along with the privatization process, caused many market changes in the development and construction of mines. This period allowed entrepreneurs to enter a new and challenging market, and the combination of such factors as knowledge, experience, and risk created a solid foundation for founding the company. Launching activities in 1997 and sustainable development over the years allow the company to be called a builder of LGOM-u.

PRG-M is part of the history of the copper basin and continues to shape it, being one of the most reliable business partners in the field of mine construction. The construction of hundreds of engineering objects in copper mines KGHM such as conveyor belts, electrical switchgear, pump stations, tanks, machinery chambers, and pipelines gives reason for pride and significantly contributes to the existence of the extractive industry, which is the nation’s copper treasure.
