INFORMATION CLAUSE FOR PERSONS APPLYING FOR A JOB AT PRG-M "POLKOWICE" Ltd. Collection of data from the person participating in the recruitment. In accordance with Article 13(1) and (2) of the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016. (hereinafter RODO), we inform you that:
1) The administrator of your personal data is the company Górniczo – Mounting Works “POLKOWICE” Sp. z o.o. (“Company”) based in 59-100 Polkowice at ul. Działkowa 12, registered in the National Court Register maintained by the District Court for Wrocław-Fabryczna, IX Commercial Division under no. KRS 0000095224, NIP: 390494416, REGON: 230901245.
2) The Data Controller has not appointed a Data Protection Officer. Any issues regarding personal data can be directed to the email: [iod@prgm.pl], the address of the seat indicated in sec. 1, or phone: 76 847 42 66.
3) Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of conducting a recruitment for the position you applied for under art. 6 sec. 1b GDPR and/or art. 6 sec. 1a GDPR for processing contact data and/or for future recruitments based on your consent to process for a specified purpose.
4) The recipients of your personal data will be state authorities within the scope of their tasks, partners, and employees of the Company as part of their official duties based on authorization.
5) Your personal data will not be transferred to a third country/organization.
6) Your personal data will be stored until the recruitment process for the position you applied for is completed, or until you withdraw your consent, and only to the extent of the granted consent, and no longer than 6 months for future recruitments.
7) You have the right to access your data (about the processed data and receiving a copy), rectify, change, or restrict the processing of unnecessary data for the purpose specified in sec. 3), the right to data portability, deletion of unnecessary data for the specified purpose, and the right to object to data processing for direct marketing. To authenticate whether you are authorized, we may ask for additional information. The scope of each of the above rights and situations when you can exercise them result from legal provisions. The legal basis on which you can exercise your rights depends, for example, on the legal grounds for processing data and the purpose of processing.
8) You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (formerly GIODO) if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR of April 27, 2016.
9) Providing your personal data is voluntary, but failure to provide data required by the Labor Code will prevent you from participating in the recruitment.
10) Your data will not be processed in an automated manner, including profiling; that is, no decisions with legal effects or similarly significant impacts on you will be based solely on automated processing of personal data, and these decisions will not be made automatically.
