Privacy Policy

I. General Provisions

1. The privacy policy specifies how the personal data of Users using the recruitment forms available on the website https://prgm.pl (hereafter: the Service) are collected, processed, and stored.
2. The Service collects only the personal data necessary for current and – with consent – future recruitment processes and communication with Candidates.
3. Personal data collected via the Service are processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) and the Personal Data Protection Act of May 10, 2018.

II. Data Administrator

The data controller is Przedsiębiorstwo Robót Górniczo-Montażowych „Polkowice” Sp. z o.o. (hereafter: the Company), with registered office at: 59-100 Polkowice, ul. Działkowa 12, entered into the National Court Register maintained by the District Court for Wrocław-Fabryczna, IX Commercial Division, KRS 0000095224, NIP: 3 90494416, REGON: 230901245.

III. Purpose of Personal Data Collection

1. Personal data is used for:
   • conducting ongoing recruitment for the position applied for,
   • contact with the Candidate regarding recruitment matters (e.g., response to a submission, scheduling a meeting),
   • participation in future recruitment – only upon consent,
   • establishing, pursuing, or defending against claims,
   • performing basic statistical analysis related to the recruitment process.
2. Providing data is voluntary but necessary to participate in recruitment; failure to provide data required by the Labor Code will prevent the application from being considered.

IV. Types of Personal Data Processed

The Administrator may process data: first and last name, email address, phone number, residential/mailing address, data resulting from application documents (CV, cover letter), and if necessary, other data provided during recruitment within the scope specified by law.

V. Data Processing Period

• when processing basis is participation in the current recruitment (art. 6 sec. 1 lit. b GDPR) – until the end of this recruitment,
• when processing basis is consent (art. 6 sec. 1 lit. a GDPR) – until it is withdrawn, but no longer than 6 months for future recruitments.

VI. Sharing Personal Data

1. Personal data may be shared with: authorized employees and collaborators of the Company, entities providing recruitment support and service support to the Company (e.g., hosting providers), and public authorities – within the scope of legal provisions.
2. User personal data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA).

VII. Users’ Rights

1. User (Candidate) has the right to: access their data and receive a copy, rectify, delete unnecessary data, restrict processing, data portability, object to direct marketing data processing, and withdraw consent at any time (which does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal).
2. Requests related to rights should be directed to: iod@prgm.pl or in writing to the address of the registered office specified in chapter II; telephone contact: 76 847 42 66.
3. The administrator will fulfill or refuse the request immediately – no later than one month from its receipt.
4. User has the right to file a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if they believe that processing violates their rights and freedoms.

VIII. Cookies

1. The Service may collect information via cookies – session, persistent, and third-party – to ensure proper functioning of the Service and basic statistics.
2. The user can specify the scope of cookie access to their device in browser settings.

IX. Automated Decision-Making and Profiling

1. User data are not processed in a way that would lead to decisions based solely on automated processing.
2. User data are not profiled in the recruitment process.

X. Final Provisions

1. The administrator has the right to introduce changes to the Privacy Policy; Users’ rights will not be restricted.
2. Information about introduced changes will be published in the Service.
3. Matters not regulated in this Privacy Policy are governed by GDPR provisions and Polish laws.
